- 15 to 30 days before the travel date: You will receive a refund based on the total cost, after deducting a cancellation fee.
- 7 to 14 days before the travel date: You will receive a refund based on 70% of the total cost, after deducting a cancellation fee.
- Less than 7 days before the travel date: Cancellations made within this period are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
3. Changes to Bookings
- Any changes to bookings (such as dates or destinations) must be requested at least 15 days before the travel date.
